Our policy is that you may suspend your Grow Alabama service at any time
for 1-4 weeks. Then you will need to resume
service for at least 4 weeks before another suspension without having to
re-register and restart your program, which
requires a 4-month upfront payment. This notice needs to be made at least one week prior to suspension.
You may also re-direct your service to a friend or family member in your
absence. They will need to receive your delivery at your regular delivery
location. There are some exceptions to this for which you will need to call
the office-205-991-0042.
